Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping can be requested and we'll provide the fee at checkout, customers will be responsible for the carrier's fees.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Carriers We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Risk of Loss All items purchased from BernBon Creations are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.
